Everyone was watching the stage.
I was watching them.

At a performance once, a couple stood just off to the side. They weren't watching the singers. They were looking at each other, mouthing "I love you." Blink and you'd have missed it.

It happens at corporate events too. The founder's quiet breath after the pitch. The team's proud look when months of work come together. Those are the moments that tell the real story, and I'm not a quiet camera in the corner. I'm part of the room, catching them as they happen so you can actually be in them.
